Can't connnect BF4 to multiplayer

Hello,

I purchased Battlefield 4 through Origin. Single player works fine but when it comes to multiplayer it won't connect.
I select a server to join, then click join server.
It attempts to connect, the window opens for Battlefield 4. Then at the bottom where the connection status is in the web browser it says "You were disconnected from EA Online. Please check your internet connection or try again later. ( 1 ) ". Then the window for BF4 closes.

I have tried all sorts and nothing works.
I have Kaspersky Total Security 2017 & Malwarebytes Premium installed. I have disabled both and tried again and it hasn't worked.
I've tried excluding Origin and BF4 from the anti-virus and creating a rule in the Kaspersky firewall, and also turning the firewall off.
Windows firewall is disabled.
I've tried reinstalling the game and running a repair on it through Origin.

I don't know what to try next.
Below are my PC specs...

Windows 10 64-bit
Intel i5 4670K 3.4ghz
16GB RAM
Game installed on a 2TB Seagate drive 🍸
Nvidia GTX 760

Thanks in advance. Any help or suggestions is much appreciated.

so frustrated with this EA stuff.. They made some change recently and now my son and I can't play together at the same time on EA.. all other games from others companies are fine.. just EA with the problem. I read posts of this happening before.. but since there is no way to reach them directly to get them to look at their changes.. it wont be fixed any time soon. So EA.. your customer service skills are seriously lacking. Guess we'll be playing more Ghost Recon and such.. anything except EA products.. DAMN SHAME.. we liked BF4.

    Hello @DizeAlot

Can you be a bit more specific about your issue? What platform are you on? In case you need to get in touch with EA Advisors directly, you can also use this phone number +44203 014 1818.

for 2 years my son and I have enjoyed playing BF2,3 and 4 together.. we have 2 xbox 360;s.. play side by side.. has been fine.. then suddenly.. about 3 weeks ago, we found that only 1 xbox can be connected to the EA server at a time.

there have been no changes in our service or equipment.

we have no problems playing others games such call of duty.. Ghosts.. etc.. together at the same time.  We ONLY get this problem when tryng to play EA.

I did do some research and found many other people have run into this problem occasionally.. and the solutions to their issues got pretty complex..

In the end, it's easier to get into a new game, rather then be frustrated for hours or days, trying to get back into the game.  We'll check back in occasionally to see if the issue is resolved.. but not gonna hold our breath.

I think the quickest solution to that problem is to get a second internet line, and this having a 2nd IP address. This way they won't be able to tell that 2 accounts are logged in from the same location.
