@Thrillseeker1000 You need to contact EA/Origin support for more assistance. They will be able to assist you further for this issue you are having.
Contact a games advisor any time using this following link https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/
1) Click on your game or search if it isn’t listed.
2) Select a topic for the best results.
3) Scroll to the bottom and select Contact Us.
4) Select your platform and list a short description of your problem.
5) Select live chat or call me to request a call back from an advisor.
Make sure you have the phone near you or are near your computer as they will disconnect the live chat if you are away too long and they will only call you one time, So be ready to answer your phone.
