Can't download Battlefield 4 beta on Xbox 360

I'm trying to download the Battlefield 4 beta on my Xbox 360 but it says I can't downlaod it on my account. I have a gold account and I have downloaded M rated games before. And it also says that it comes out in 2077 which is very odd.
