Can't download DLC's on Origin

I think I got it. Don't delete BF4 or any other games. Just uninstall Origin, it wont delete your games. Then reinstall Origin from the website, sign in, and the downloads will start again and the option to manually install the DLC will appear in the expansions area on the BF4 details page. Uninstalling the Origin client will not delete any save files or install data, so you're safe there. And it has brought back my ability to manual install. Give it a try!
