ShreyaMichael, I have discussed your issue with my supervisor and I just got to know that we have received so many similar contacts where player are unable to download Dragon's Teeth DLC. We have already reported this issue further to our higher concerned team and they are on it. I will surely report your case too. I know how frustrating it is for you as you are not able to download Dragon age DLC. However do not worry, I will take care of everything that you have lost and for all of this inconvenience caused to you.

youYeah cause it's been out for atleast 4 months... So frustrating yes. I wish I had come here before posting in dozens of forums. There are a lot of people out there with this problem.

I also contacted EA customer service. They said they added Dragon's Teeth for me "from their end" I asked if I would need an Xbox Marketplace code, he said maybe and that I might need to contact Xbox. Of course when I talked to Xbox they told me to contact the game publisher. But, Dragon's Teeth showed up in my Battlelog as unlocked but, I am not sure if I will actually have it on my console until I go home for lunch. Will update later, but honestly I can't see being able to play the DLC if it was never actually downloaded from Xbox Marketplace. We will see!

  ManojXbox code is required, I have done it from my side, If it do not works, In that case you have to contact Xbox Marketplace.

    Guys I've escalated this issue to the EA Community Managers and they've contacted DICE on the issue. We have no timeframe on the fix but keep checking the BF4 in game store periodically in case Microsoft fixes the store before DICE tells us it's fixed.
