Cant edit ID for origin

Whenever i go to the my account tab in origin, i click the edit butrons but the links do nothing. I right clicked and copied link adress. It is void. Tried mobile and pc

I did try your link, and it also did not work. The blue linked edit button does nothing. the address redirect reads "void(o)" Thank you for your help!

    So it is over a year later and the issue still is not resolved. It is very aggravating having to wait for a customer service rep to change my name. I click the links being sent a try every single device i own, but all of the blue links on the EA edit account page are broken. This tells me that it is on the websites side, and that for some reason I am locked from editing my account. I would really like to get this issue resolved.

      @___NNNIIIX___ Normally after you press Edit, a window should open with a security code sent to your email.
      If it does not come, it is blocked either by an AD blocker or by antivirus software. Or there is no valid email.

      Then only the live support can help you,
      https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/
      Then choose Origin your platform and Manage my Account / Manage Account Details.
      Live chat and telephone calls should then be available to you as a contact option.

        My email is valid, I have enabled pop-ups in chrome, I have no antivirus software, and no ad blocker. My email is valid, has the green check next to it. I have seen several others on here with the exact same issue and same java;void(0) message
