If you have access to a computer please  do a ping & UOTrace and post results,

To Ping EA follow these steps,

1)Press Win+R, in the box type CMD and hit enter
2)Type into CMD 'ping easo.ea.com'
3)Hit enter and await results.

I am unable to download that program. I have an apple. However, I did a speed test using my phone. results: PING 24 ms DOWNLOAD 13.95Mbps UPLOAD 11.90 Mbps
