can't enter game battlefield 4
once I join a server and try to load a game on multiplayer it freezes. It never allows me to enter the game.

- I'm having the same problem. Started after I downloaded Hardline beta. I deleted hardline, reset PS3 but still can not get on server. Freezes at map screen.
If you have access to a computer please do a ping & UOTrace and post results,

To Ping EA follow these steps,
1)Press Win+R, in the box type CMD and hit enter
2)Type into CMD 'ping easo.ea.com'
