Cant find battlefield 3 in my order history
Purchased battlefield 3 during the sale on 19 april 2013, the money is also deducted from my acc on the same day. But till now i couldnt play because i cant even find it anywhere in my order history or in the my games section in origin. I want to know what should i do to download and play the game short of buying it again. How long do i have to wait?
Depending on your payment method, your purchase should not take longer than 48 hours. If you are waiting longer than three days (as your post was created on 23/04), you should get in contact with one of our Game Advisor. As we are an public and community driven board, we are not able to handle purchasing issues. They will ask you for some private data to verify that you are the account owner.
