Can't find friend on battlefield 2042

Me and my friend are having troubles and are experiencing the same issue on each side. They play on Xbox Series S while I play on PS5 and we can't find each others EA ID on either side. I also don't ...

Hi @Kota7665 Have you checked you're both running the same version of the game? Just incase one of you has the last gen installed.

Also, have you both double checked that crossplay is enabled?

@ElliotLH i don't know how to check if we're running the same version sadly. Also we did make sure we had cross play enabled but still no results.

    @Kota7665 On your friends Xbox they should see the X/S icon on the game tile. I think it's similar for PS5 but I'm not totally sure about that.
