EA StaffUnfortunately, it looks like the promo bundle is not available for purchase via the US marketplace since the promotion was held in this country.

....But can't download it in this region. I mean come on, it's like $2.00. It's been like 2 years, why not just release it to EVERYONE. I mean bungie did with Recon in Halo 3. I mean we had to work for it, but still! Ah well...Battlefield 4 is just around the corner but, even so the completionalist (and camouflage nut) in me will never be happy....
There is a promo bundle in the US Store but as the OP found out it only contains the pre-order tags and Specact camo and not the Dr Pepper tags and camo like the Promo bundle outside of North America includes.
Is there a way to get it on PC?
