Can't get battlefield 3 on Xbox one
When will I be able to download battlefield 3 on my Xbox one because it says not available at this moment but it pops up on the Xbox one and won't let me get it

What is there to do if it is "currently not available" in the store and is not appearing in the My Games menu?
I've already downloaded Bad Company 2, which did show up in the My Games menu. So I am confused as to why Battlefield 3 did not come up as well?
