Cant get Multiplayer to work on BF Hardline PS3... PLEASE HELP..

No, that isn't the problem i dont believe, its not worked for almost 2 weeks, there is also a little orange triangle beside the multiplayer option but no others if that helps any in solving this issue..

Someone PLEASE HELP!! I have bought PS plus I have created an origin account and linked it to a new PSN ID I have done everything that I could possibly think of or find. I NEED HELP!

I have tried this at other peoples house whom have better internet than me, which I am able to play Advanced Warfare at my house and any other game online just not able to get Hardline to even let me get passed the main menu.

I have been unable to play any multiplayer game since the update 4 days ago.

The help I have had from EA has been virtually non existent.

It was confirmed to myself by EA that the update had caused problems with the servers.
