Cant get Multiplayer to work on BF Hardline PS3... PLEASE HELP..

I bought the disk, Installed it opened all the ports i needed to and go to try multiplayer and it says that i am not connected to PSN or EA Servers when in fact I am. I have deleted all the files and...

If you go to settings > Network > Test Internet connection. It should go through the following tests
SSID
IP ADDRESS
Internet connection
Play station network signing
NAT Type
Connection speed download
Connection speed upload

Can you please fill in the results. I'm interested not only in PSN login but NAT type and connection speed as well

Ip connection Succeded

Internet connection Succeded

PSN succeded

UPNP disabled

Nat Type 2

Download 8.9 - 10.8

upload 5.0- 8.6

I have tried this at other peoples house whom have better internet than me, which I am able to play Advanced Warfare at my house and any other game online just not able to get Hardline to even let me get passed the main menu.
