Have you tried any of the following steps?
1. Clear Origin Cache:

2. Uninstall/Reinstall Origin:
https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/manually-uninstalling-origin/
3. Clean Boot:
https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/

Thanks for the prompt response. I forgot to mention I have an Xbox one sorry but you answered my question with your response to the other gentleman. I'm afraid none of the solutions worked but I haven't try to uninstall and reinstall yet. I am very reluctant to because of all the DLC that goes with it. It is going to take me days to do so. I might uninstall and leave it uninstalled even though it is one of my favorite games. Thanks for your help.

Well! i uninstall/reinstall the game and it's now working!
i uninstalled and then reinstalled offline with the bf1 disk version of Xbox One and then i installed the 32gb of updates and it finally work! But i don't know why i didn't needed to download all the DLC because after the updates of the 32gb all the dlc was there...so instead of the 74gb needed i downloaded just the32gb of updates + the game from the DVD, kind of weird!
i think i knew what the problem came from but i'm not sure at 100% is that i pause the last BF1 update in the middle of the download and i decided to installed the console updates and after, i finished the installation of the bf1 update so i think that's why it screwed the bf1 update...
