Can't hear bfh

I loaded up BFH in campaign mode and I can't hear anything. I have tried unplugging and replugging the headset, muting and unmuting, and even trying something with taskmanager. multiplayer works fi...

Try to do a clean boot it could be a program that is messing with your sounds.

Hey @CFRice15 in the sound setting of windows have you chosen the correct default sound system to use for your headset?

Did you try to reinstall the drivers for your headset?

The drivers are all updated, did you mean the selection when you click on the little speaker on the taskbar? if so, that has never changed, and it worked before.

well, I actually didn't reinstall the drivers tho...
I could try that, I might need help.

  I know when doing a clean install of drivers for Nvidia that it sometimes can change the output to what Nvidia think it’s the best.

    Yea that is in its proper place. also, my call of duty classic on steam is not playing back sound now, and C&C generals is not even playable because it goes black when it loads up.
