Can't host BF5 Combined Arms

Build a new computer with a cloned M.2 C driver.  No other hardware changes. All software carried over is working as before with exception of the MF5 Combined Arms as a host.  Can play Combined Arms (CA) as before as a guest with exception of hosting. While playing as a host in CA and mission restart, I get the error "GAME DISCONNECTED: Connection to EA Oline time out. Your network bandwidth and/or network latency may not meet the requirement for the game."
