Can't join any Dragon Valley Maps

Just downloaded the new update which should include the Dragon Valley map but I can't join any Dragon valley maps or night operations it just says No content might not by available yet.

If i click on the in game store it says the same thing.

Says the same thing if I look to upgrade to premium

This is the PS4 version.

    The update DOES NOT include the Dragon Valley maps.  You will have to go to the PSN Store and search for "Legacy Operations" and download this DLC, it is free.  The same goes for the "Night Operations" DLC and the "Community Operations" DLC.
