Can't join the game by using mobile hotspot

Product: Battlefield 1Platform:PCSummarize your bug   Can't join the game by using  mobile hotspot (4G). I can search game, then loading game,After a while return an error. (unknow error, can't join the game), but when i switch to ADSL, then everything is ok.

i can play other games by using mobile hotspot (4G), don't know why it's not working for Battlefield 1How often does the bug occur? @FEsauron&nbsp;Hi, probably the best way forward on this would be to contact your provider. You mention playing other games via a hotspot, but not all games connect in the same way.
Perhaps they'll want to relevant ports to open, they can be found here:&nbsp;https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/battlefield/battlefield-1/battlefield-1-troubleshooting
Past that since your ADSL works fine it sounds like there's no problem on your computer's end.&nbsp;

This post is from 2016, please post under the FIFA 20 boards. I recommend basic connection troubleshooting to see if you can improve connectivity. Mobile Hotspots aren't recommended for gaming and may not be strong enough to connect to some servers.
