Community Admin@FEsauron Hi, probably the best way forward on this would be to contact your provider. You mention playing other games via a hotspot, but not all games connect in the same way.

Past that since your ADSL works fine it sounds like there's no problem on your computer's end.

This post is from 2016, please post under the FIFA 20 boards. I recommend basic connection troubleshooting to see if you can improve connectivity. Mobile Hotspots aren't recommended for gaming and may not be strong enough to connect to some servers.
