Start off by installing the EA app, after that double check that you're using the account in which you had Battlefield 3.

Hi, already did it both. and EA adviser told me everything in my account looks fine, and should be workin, i made this thread cuz it was the only way he said i could be able to find a solution for my problem xd
EA advisors when they are not able to resolve the issue tell players to post here. If you're missing your game, as I have said nobody else can assist you except EA support.

Like i said before i didnt miss anything, everything its in order, but somehow im still not able to play the game...so basically i paid for a game that i can't play and nobody is going to give me a fix xd
