Can't launch BF 3 Release Date Check Failure

I treid to do that I told them what you said. But they couldnt help me, I have had this issue 9 months with my Battlefield 3! Its really hard to wait that long without anyone tring to help me.

I have owned the game since it came out in 2011 and I have played it hundreds of hours!

I get the error "Get The Game" when starting the game up I tried multple of thing on EA forum nothing helped. 

most important is: 

Uninstalled EA app and the game. using revo and another time not using Revo uninstaller program.

Fresh install the game and EA app. multiple of times.. 

Let my friend login into my PC, his account work fine.

I tried to login into my friend's PC and I get the same error. The error is following my account no matter what PC i login into.

I have tried to format windows and install a fresh copy of windows, didnt help. The list of things i tried is really long but this is the most important.

Im not getting help from EA live Chat. and I dont know what to do. PLEASE HELP ME!
