can't launch the game

i got installed my bf4 and i play no problem then i decide to transfer my game from my main Harddisk to the other that i save games into it and now i can't play i get error msg 

The game battlefield 4tm does not appear to be installed . please install it or try relaunching the game .

    Move it back to the original folder and then move it using SteamMover. Doesn't work the way you said you did...
