Can't manage my BF4 server! Error crashes!

I'm having a problem with my BF4 servers on ps4. I have rented a server two months ago and had no problem managing the server through my ps4 bf4 multiplayer. Now, its been a week i cannot manage my server. Everytime i try to press X to manage it, it crashes and close the application with an error code. However, my other server which i rented for a day works fine with no issues. I did contacted EA, they resetted it but it's the same totally missed up! When i try to add my map rotation, it says its full, however theres nothing shown after the reset from EA. Totally missed up! Everytime i talk to EA they say we will escalate your issue. How about the money i pay you for the server? Will you compensate me with the days I couldn't manage my server with! Please all be careful renting BF4 servers!
