Cant play the game I own

This is beyond frustrating. I bought this game. I’ve put over 80 hours into it. And now, out of nowhere, I’m locked out with a message saying it “cannot be activated.” Excuse me? Re-entering the product key — which, again, I already used to install and play this game for about eighty hours does absolutely nothing. And to top it off, your help tool is broken. It fails to load, doesn’t respond, or just spits out errors. So there’s literally no way to resolve this through your official channels. Clicking on support in Battlelog also does not work, as many other things apparently. I’m also being told I’m “not connected to the internet” while actively connected and posting this message. So which is it? This is not just inconvenient — this is unacceptable. You’ve essentially bricked a paid product and left me with zero functional support options. How is that okay? I paid for this. I played it. Now I can’t access what I own because your system suddenly forgot how to do its job? Fix this immediately. This is not just a technical issue — this is a complete failure in customer service and product delivery. Thanks for the excellent user experience.
