I downloaded the THEY SHALL NOT PASS DLC, BUT I cannot play it. The game tells me I didn't buy that dlc or install it. The most funny part is when I click the notice shows the DLC is fully installed, it will open Titan Falls 2 instead of BF1.

I am really sorry for those issues. I assume you are on PC? Have you tried to reinstall Origin client? Clearing Origin cache files can also solve this. Keep me posted on your progress.

@trancingpulse You've been through the normal PS4 troubleshooting steps and nothing's changed. Have you completely uninstalled BF1 and reinstalled the base game and the expansion? It is possible that something in the recent title update or expansion was corrupted and a reinstallation may correct that.
I have posted this on my account too, this same EXACT thing happened to me. the titanfall 2 popup and I kept on trying to restore licenses
