We'll get a new Patch soon for BF1.
With this Patch the MAX Class Rank should get Updated from 10 to 50. That can probably fix your issue as well.

What Travis said. So far the class ranks were limited to 10, the nearest update will change that to 50. However, there is one thing: your progress for next class ranks will only start moving forward after the update - any points you get for your classes after reaching class rank 10 before the update will not count towards class ranks 11-50.

Just play with that class! Or wait till the next patch if that isn’t the issue.
