Can't redeem Alienware Arena Dog tag

Are you on pc or platform? If you check this link (Alienware Dog Tag for Battlefield 3 ) the restrictions specifically state the dog tag is only for the PC version.

I just tried as well, didn't work either. Looking into it.

I solved mine by contacting EA Advisor by going to https://help.ea.com/contact-us
You will have to write some keywords about your problem, then fill out product, category and platform, press "Find Solutions" and then "I Still Need Help". Then your contact options will appear. If live chat/phone does not appear, it might be closed in your area at the moment and you might consider changing it to: "United States" or something else in the language selector in the bottom for a better result.

What did they do for you because i had the same problem and they re-directed me to dell

They manually added the key / dog tag to my account as the code redemtion service in Origin didn't work - it might have something to do with the Alienware codes being 2 years old.
