To me this sounds like a PSN account entitlement issue which we cannot handle here on the AHQ. I recommend that you speak with Playstation customer support to ensure that they game that you purchased on the PSN is actually in your PSN account entitlements.

- 2 of my friends have the exact same problem purchased bf1 and bf4 and the only thing we can download are the 9 dlc from bf4.
Will try to contact the ps support then
