Can't see a friend in the BF1 main menu friend list

I have added a friend through Origin, and we want to play together. The problem is, I can't see him in the main menu friend list, though, neither online nor offline, but we can join each other's part...

@iluminatetheskyThat's what we have to do in order to play. The problem seems to happen only to him though. And yes, we both repaired the game.

I apologize about that, it seems as though joining through Origin would be the only workaround for this at the moment.

Hopefully you and your friend can continue playing and enjoy the game 🙂

    I see, thank you. Let's hope for a fix, because this way it's almost impossible to play.
