Can't see enemy or friendly player's in game

I recently bought Battlefield 3 on my laptop and when i'm in game most of the time I cant see my gun and also when running around I can't see my teammates because they are invisible on my screen, the...

    Here are a few tips to deal with this problem.

    • Reinstall the game.
    • Check and update the drivers for your video card.
    • Check for updates your Windows.
    • Maybe your notebook or GPU heats up. (Can help decrease the graphics settings.)
    • Perhaps the problem of your laptop. Try other games. If this problem occurs in other games, please refer to the technical support of your store where you purchased the laptop.
