Can't select specializations

I can't select any class specializations in game or in the customize menu.  The assignments still show as completed and they seem to function in game as though they were checked. I just can't see or change them.

This has been ongoing for several days - I assume since the patch.  I have cleared the account settings as well as logged in and out of the account, game and console several times.  Also right now the customize screen is showing me as rank 0 across the board but in game the weapons are all unlocked (this is new).

Playing on PS4.

    Hey @lynchtx,

    Sorry to hear you're experiencing this.

    However, this is a known issue, and they are working on it.

    You should be able to select your weapons, gadgets, and specializations while you're in a Match.

    Don't worry, you haven't lost progress or anything.

    Hopefully this issue will be fixed soon.

    Probably the same issue but the only thing I can't select in game is the specializations.  Maybe it just hasn't caught up to me yet.

    I'll try more patience.

    @lynchtx,

    You're welcome.

    I'm thinking that the Specializations could also be tied to this issue we're experiencing with the Customize Soldier menu, unfortunately.

    That might be why you aren't able to select them.

    I'm having that issue in game a d out with specializations for the po8 on ps4 gamertag Ree_DV9

    Same exact problem here, all specializations work except the po8 for me.
