Can't Shoot, weapon won't appear It happens constantly....

Hey I got an issue while playing; when spawning or lately when first starting the game I'm not able to shoot, can't even see my weapon. It also seems like I'm floating...what's with the glitch? it us...

is it on pc or on ps3 xbox?

    maybe try reboot all ps3 and check then?

      Done that, reboot ps3 and the game, and log in and out..its a glitch in the game....

      I was also told by another player that I was floating....with no moving parts...

      Im able to get in vehicles but sometimes they get stuck and can't move at all....only in vehicle em I able to shoot.
