Can't Spawn with Guns

I cant respawn with any guns at all. every once in a while i can use my primary. when i join a match everything is all glitchy and crappy looking and i fly all over the place like underground and stuff. ive already tried to turn my media connection off and deleted my internet cache but NOTHING WORKS!! it just recently started acting like this, it used to run perfectly. plus it just sits at the loading screen and i have to quit the whole game to leave a match or when the match is over. its really getting annoying. id like to get this fixed without deleting my game data utility but that might be what i have to resort to. CAN ANYBODY HELP ME?!?!?!?1?!
