Can't sprint. When I jump, my gun fires. Gun also randomly fires

Platform:Sony Playstation 4
Summarize your bug EA/DICE, I bought the early enlister edition of the game and after about 3 days of playing, I started encountering this bug. Apparently, this bug has been in previous Battlefield games and has been nicknamed the 'pacifist bug', but I have not seen anyone with this problem in BF1. It prevents me from sprinting, and whenever I jump, my character shoots at the end of the animation. Also, my character will randomly shoot. This is extremely annoying and it happens frequently in every single game I play. Does anyone know a fix for this?
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? No clue. It just happened.
What happens when the bug occurs? Can't sprint and when I jump, my character shoots his gun. Gun will also fire randomly.

    Hello @SirBaron94

    Can you try to turn off Origin in Game for Battlefield 1? Do you have any additional keyboard related software installed?

    Please help me...I haven't been able to play for 4 days because of this bug. The game not fun anymore.  I really would like a solution or at least a reply so we can start working towards a solution.

    Funny, can you try turn off Origin while beiing posted in a PS4 board. Whatever.

    On topic, I have the same problem and it makes the game unplayable. The only way you can shoot someone is to jump, while it might work in storymode if you jump fast enough (shoot only one round when you land from a jump, should be a challenge for sniper rifles), you can't expect it to work in multiplayer.

    Please fix.

    I have tried nearly everything and was able to find only one solution.  If you change the controller scheme to lefty, it will allow you to sprint and your gun won't shoot when you jump.  This is still really obnoxious but I guess until EA/DICE decides to fix this, this will be a temporary solution.

    Any news yet on how to fix this?

    Your tech support are totally useless. They suggested deleting my whole PSN account including all games I've purchased etc. Not really an acceptable solution. They have advised no way of reseting my BF1 profile to default? Which I don't believe. This may be worth a try. This game was £49.99 RRP... it's not cheap. All we want is for it to work.

    Any word on how to fix this issue yet? I thought it was a fluke when it happened to one controller of mine about 2 months ago. Now just recently the same problem is happening to my second controller and nothing seems to fix the issue with either controllers I own.

    i am having the same problem and its getting worse, does anyone know how to fix this? Cant sprint and gun will fire when i try to sprint, also fires when i jump.....

    REALLY ANNOYING - EA HELP US OR GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK

    Yeah I have the same problem. Just bought premium for the new dlc and now I can't play. This is totally wrong on the RA side. They should really look into it, I mean this is really unfair. Did you try to uninstall the game?

    I'm having the same problem too, and i just bought the premium pass for 50 bucks. EA * FIX THIS OR GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK
