Cant Start BF4 on Xbox One

I downloaded BF4 for xbox one and when i first got in i saw the intro cinematic then pressed a to start. It starts loading with this city backround and KEEPS LOADING FOR HOURS! I tried redownloading it, but the same thing happens. What do I do?

    Hello!
    Does this happens with other any FPS? On my opinion, If this happens with let's say Halo, with high frames per seconds game is or either your hard drive is let's say a bit broken or the graphic plate doesn't allow you to go any further then the loading screens ^^
    Have you tried sending an email to EA? If you do, send a pic or an email as well because not everytime people can see what's going correctly...helpful?

    How full is your Xbone HDD?  Also have you tried doing a hard reset of your xbone by holding the power button until the console shuts off and then rebooting the console? When a game does that on my xbone the hard reset usually solves the issue.
