Cant switch ingame audio language

Since i cant stand the extremely bad voice acting of the german version and since you cant turn of the shoutouts i'd really like to get the english audio for the game. But i cant change it in the options although there is a tab to change languages and there is nothing in origin to change the language. It really disturbs the experience, the german voice actors are some kiddy try-hard gangster rappers -.-
