Cant Update Or repair install For BF3, PLESE HELP

Ok, soo, ITS BEEN 3 DAYS since I bought BF3 and I cannot update it or repair install, HELL I cant even download any other game I try to  download ME3 demo but does not work, I keep getting this erro...

Do you have the game fully installed before trying to update?

If you're installing from disc, disconnect the internet & then install fully. Reconnect the internet before running.

In Origin Settings menu, Enable Beta opt-in, Disable Auto Updates.
