Can't use F2000 or L85A2

Hey there, I purchased premium a couple of days ago and downloaded the expansions, however on battlelog it's listed saying I need both china rising and second assault in order to use the F2000 or the L85A2. There doesn't seem to be other requirements or anything. Am I a big dumbdumb or is this a bug?

Any help would be appreciated.
