cd-key battlefield 3

Hi. Im signed up cd-key on battlelog   ( http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf3/pl/user/Johnnny89/ )but in Origin writes "specified code has already been used" so... I can't add a game to my account and play. What I must do ? help me
