Hello,The problem is when i press ,,play" battlefield4 in origin, pops up window that ,,Couldn't activate" enter product key.I have this game about 1 year and never saw this problem, i tried to put my cd key there, but nothing worked. Then i tried to contact support and we with EA support tried to find the solution about 3-4hours, but unsuccsesfully.He said that he will send this case to higher support and they will contact me in 72hr, it's been 72hr and none contacted.So anyone maybe know whats the problem?-------------------------------Tried to uninstall Origin and BF4 and all this stuff.Cleared all origin files with bf4.Checked "run as administrator" all bf launchers.Aproved through firewall, antivirus.Changed my code and more.--------------------------------We with EA support tried all troubleshooting, but unsuccessfully.--------------------------------I don't know if it's related to this but i got about half year a fairfight kick, for 24hours and stats reset if i remember correctly, because i joined some kind server where "bots" just ran straight from base and stops and i just farmed them out, for XP unlocks and good score.

Kinda worked, but when i join any server, cd key confirmation still pops up.EDIT: Now this license fail gone and again when i press ,,Play" cd key confirmation shows.

If you didn't try to clear Origin cache, please do it: First, make sure you can view hidden files and folders: Hit the Start button (or press Win + X for Windows 10). Click on Control Panel. Click on Appearance and Personalization, then Folder Options. Click the View tab. Under Advanced settings, click Show hidden files and folders, and click OK to save the change. If Origin is running, close it by clicking Origin in the menu bar then Exit. Click Start, then Computer, then double-click ( C : ) to open the C:\ drive Open the ProgramData folder, then the Origin folder, and delete all the files and folders inside it except for LocalContent. If you’re on Windows XP you’ll find the ProgramData folder in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application data\Electronic Arts\ Go back to C:\: Open the Users folder, Open the folder with your username, Open AppData, Then Roaming, Then Origin Delete all the files and folders inside. Go back to the AppData folder: Open the Local folder, Open the Origin folder Delete all the files and folders inside. If this doesn't help, try to contact EA support again perhaps another game Advisor will tell you new suggestions. I think something is wrong with your Origin Account and perhaps support could fix this for you. Please let me know your result. Thanks!

that sounds a bit odd - but from what I see your case is still under investigation with one of our specialists, so I'd recommend waiting for them to get back to you once the case has been dealt with. Hope that can be resolved quickly!

@FedeXLT I had that issue before. I solved it by right clicking the Origin icon on my desktop and selected "Run as administrator". Then I went to my game library, right clicked on the BF4 icon and selected "repair". After the repair completed I tried to play and the issue was gone.

What error message exactly? Can you copy\paste or attach a screenshot?

Do you still experience that activation issue?
