Issue:When I was trying to purchase the Battlefield 4 Premium Edition, I accidentally bought Battlefield 4 Premium Membership instead. I would like to request a refund, but no order information appears on the refund page.

I tried to resolve the issue through the new EA website, but the refund page shows no DLC order. I then purchased the base game first and tried to refund the DLC, yet only the base game was refunded. The on-site chat never opened for technical reasons, and the online form wouldn’t submit either. When I attempted to email, I was told the address is unsupported, and no customer-service phone number is provided.
Please refund the DLC so I can purchase the Premium Edition that includes both the base game and all DLC. Also, please correct the Chinese product names in the EA client—Premium Edition and Premium Membership are almost identical and easily confused.
I can provide any further proof, if needed.

Nobody can assist you on the forum with the refund, you will need to talk to EA support via chat or email. Try talking to them again.
