Please try the steps outline below to help solve your issue:

1. Uninstall and re-install the game
If the error continues to persist, you will have to re-install the PS4 software (REMEMBER to back-up your data while doing this):
1. Go to Settings
2. Go to Initialization
3. Select Initialize PS4
