Change name

I made a mistake when I signed up with Origin and did not know that I was picking my name for the BF4 game with them when I picked it.  I have not played yet and wish to change my name.  So how can I...

    Log into www.origin.com

    Click 'My Account', Order history, About Me, Edit, answer security question, make any desired changes, Save.

Same issue......... I never had to set up the security question, and can't change my nickname.
