Change Origin Gender

I have accidentally set incorrect gender on one of my friend's origin ID. Is there any way to change that to correct one?

Please come with steps if possible and yes I have tried contacting EA support but that doesn't seems to work since wait time is really long, so please don't refer back there.

    No, sorry you can not change that part of the information of an account. Please contact support again, this is all you can do in this matter.
