yeah same here but ive had problems with the duluxe edition codes so i go out get a £15 voucher to get it but it for some reason it doesnt work it still says i need to buy it again give us some compensation like a free dlc or 5 gold packs or something
What you need to do is go to the xbox one home page and go to games. Once there go to add ons. Then check to see if each of the expansion maps have been downloaded. For me the premium was download but when I went to china rising it had not been downloaded. I am downloading it now. Not sure if this will work but at least it is something. I had same problem. What appears to happen is when you purchase it downloads the premium but not the map packs. You have to download each map pack individually. Hope this helps.
