China Rising Issue Xbox 360

I have downloaded the china rising expansion pack, however I can not connect to a china rising server, when I try it takes me to the screen to buy the expansion. I have tried to install it a number of times and it still does not work.

Please, if anyone has any info that will help please let me know

I am really not happy with this, I have paid good money for this and have spent the last 3 hours downloading it and searching for answers to get it to work, I can understand glitches and bugs but for this to not work at all is ridiculous and it is almost impossible to get an answer.
