China Rising not working on my ps3
I have China Rising, but there is no activity on the servers. I can get on the servers but there is no one else playing. This is on PS3

Make sure that you adjust your server browser filters so you are looking at all servers from full to empty. I have found that unless I do that the numbers of open servers isn't very large.
Also there will most likely be additional servers running CR after the 17th when the general public can download CR.
