China rising

btw the other instructions are for a computer its not grayed out just how do i physically download it

It will be linked to your account so you can download the DLC when it release on 3 Dec for Premium members,depending on your region.

You can check if it is activated,

How to check For DLC

1)Right click BF4 on your Origin client and choose "show game details".

2)Scroll down to expansion. If China Rising was activated it should not be greyed out.

3)If it is I suggest you contact a game advisor to check your account.

1. Click the link https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ask and log in with your Origin name and password.

2. Where it says: ’What Can We Help you With’, type in ‘GAME NAME’

3. Click Find Solutions

4. Select "Your problem,eg accounts" from the drop-down list and also select your platform from the list.

5. Click: Find Solutions

6. Scroll down a little and on the lower right hand side, Click "I Still need Help"

The Window Will Open...

Try restarting Origin, then open the Bf4 information page. Scroll down and click the China Rising box, and see if you have a download option. If not, is the box greyed out? Do you have any release time info?

on ps3 how to reset orgin?

Ah, sorry, please disregard that (the steps are for the PC version). What error message do you get when you try to DL China rising?

non error msg just cant see them for download at all

I see. Just to check, can you try to join a game on the CR maps, in case it downloaded without being noticed? Can I double check that you consumed your code previously? If the problem is persisting, it may help to contact support. 

as a premium user how long i now i dont need use code, how i can join any cr maps if i dont now what maps are they and all my mates have same problem as me
