Anti-cheat no longer supports Windows 10, even on older BF games.

On Battlefield 1, for example, upon launching the game a security violation error pops up that reads: "Your windows version is not supported. Please upgrade to the minimum supported versions. For information please see : https://help.ea.com/help/pc/ea-anticheat (54)".

This is despite having the latest version of Windows 10 (build 19045) and BF1's requirements being much lower. Nothing works - I've tried running compatibility mode, disabling full screen optimizations, reinstalling the game, anti-cheat, repairing, clearing cache, redownloading the anti-cheat from the website, etc.

So yeah, Windows 10 is simply cooked I guess.

  • Hello Valzek,

The issue is not related to Windows, make sure you are following the steps for reinstalling the anti-cheat. After that, reinstall your game.

If you are still having issues, then you should talk to EA support.

danisoff I've done all that, and more, and no solution. EA support said they couldn't help me but appreciated my feedback. 👍
